Chocola

Join a Medical Mission Trip

While searching for artisanal items in remote areas of Guatemala as part of our Handmade in a Village project, Refuge International volunteer Lynette Goodson came across a hospital/clinic in western Guatemala near Mazatenango in a village called Chocola. Dr. Sergio Castillo had been working alone for 12 years in Chocola, serving the people living in this off-the-beaten-path location.
